موسسه همکاری های BEME یا BEME Collaboration در سال 1999 توسط انجمن اروپایی آموزش پزشکی (AMEE) تأسیس شد. هدف اصلی این موسسه، گسترش فرهنگ استفاده از بهترین شواهد و تولید مرورهای سیستماتیک در حوزه آموزش حرفه های سلامت است.

به مرورهای سیستماتیکی که تحت نظارت و هدایت موسسه همکاری های BEME منتشر می شوند اصطلاحاً BEME Guide گفته می شود. همچنین BEME Review و BEME Systematic Review هم به آن ها گفته می شود. تاکنون حدود 80 BEME Guide منتشر شده است و تعدادی هم در حال انجام هستند. البته  BEME Guide های شماره 1، 3 و 13  مرور سیستماتیک نیستند بلکه در مورد مفهوم BEME و روش شناسی انجام BEME Review ها هستند.
